Registration Information

 

•All Traders wishing to participate in the event should register by completing the registration form below and returning the completed form and payment by post, enclosing an SAE for return of passes.

•This is a 2 day event (May 26th Saturday & 27th Sunday).  We encourage all traders to stay for the full 2 day event if possible

 

•Parking will be available nearby

 

 

•Traders may set up from 16:00 on Friday 26th May, but please make sure you have completed set up and moved any non-essential vehicles to the car park by 09.30 on Saturday

 

•All pitches to be cleared by 19:00 on Sunday

 

Camping

 

•All registered traders are welcome to camp on site Friday evening through to Monday morning.  If you haven't registered, we may struggle to find you space. There are no hook-ups. 

 

•Please check to confirm the rules on fires

 

•Please respect the buildings and grounds.

 

 

•You will be responsible for cleaning up your camp site area.  Any charges incurred by the organisers will be charged back.

 

•Please understand that the event co-ordinators have the right remove you from the property (via the Police if necessary) for not complying with event rules at Any Time for Any Reason.

 

Insurance and Risk Assessments

 

• All traders must be covered by valid Public Liability Insurance and a risk assessment must be in place. Please attach copies to this form.

 

• Food traders must include a copy of their Food Hygiene Certificate

Camping Policy

 

Welcome to the Ironbridge Gorge World War 2 Weekend

 

We ask all of our visitors and users of our site to comply with our policy.  If you or your party do not comply with the policy we may ask you to leave the site.

 

The use of threatening behaviour and/or foul and abusive language will not be tolerated and will result in the offender being removed from the site, with no refund.

 

Please consider other users of the site and we ask that all members of your party and any guests conduct themselves at all times with due regard to the health and safety of themselves and others.

 

The camp site is for recreational use only.  Campers are not permitted to use the camp site as a base for running a business, carrying out work or as a main place of residence.

 

We ask that you do not trade on the camping area and do not tout or engage in commercial advertising or display any advertising notices on a unit (a firm's car or van with name and description on the side is acceptable).

 

On arrival Visitors should make contact with a camp site Marshal or CPI control before pitching camp.

 

Please familiarise yourself with the site's fire regulations and fire fighting equipment and its location as soon as you arrive on site.

 

Please pitch where the marshal asks you to.  For your safety, we have a "six metre rule" which means that units (excluding guy ropes) must be 6 metres apart from adjacent units in order to protect against fire.

 

Generators are allowed, but please respect your fellow guests and make sure they are turned off by 10pm.

 

Barbeques must be purpose built and portable, standing clear of the ground.  There must be no possibility of damage to the ground.  Only gas or charcoal barbeques should be used.  Campfires are not permitted in the camping area.

 

Please do not empty Chemical Toilets into the Portaloos.  Please use the provided portable toilet disposal point.

 

Bottled gas is available from Bratby Gases Sundorne Trade Park, Featherbed Lane, Shrewsbury SY1 4NS

 

This is 12 miles away from the site.

Pets are welcome on site but you are responsible for the behaviour of your animals.  Please ensure that your animals are not allowed loose on site and are kept on a lead no longer than 2 metres.  If it is deemed a pet is creating a nuisance or causing disturbance to others, you will be asked to remove them from site.  Please note we do not allow on site any breed of dog listed under the Dangerous Dogs act 1991.
